Our claims process

Professional processing for seamless claims.

We work with professional claims partners to ensure that all claims are handled as quickly and efficiently as possible. And if you ever need help with the process, we are here to help.

For property and liability products, which are underwritten by Certain Underwriters at Lloyd’s – claims are administered via Proclaim Management Solutions (‘Proclaim’). Our engineering products are underwritten by Zurich Australian Insurance Limited (‘Zurich’) and all engineering claims are processed by Zurich.

Here’s how the claims process works and who to contact:

Property claims

  • Download the Miramar Property Insurance Claim Form below.
  • Send the completed form and any relevant supporting documentation and/or information to claims@steadfastagencies.com.au.
  • Our claims team will review the forms before lodging them for external assessment with our claims partner, Proclaim.
    Proclaim will manage the claim to completion – your clients can contact them at any time on 1300 552 446.
